习惯了用携程攻略，到哪里第一时间就是搜美食，平凉这个地方玩儿携程攻略的挺少的，所以店铺的评论都不是很多，因此我在平凉这段时间就要为它加砖添瓦??。八大碗，应该说是八大盆，就是西安吃辣子鱼的盆，量超级大，幸好服务生姐姐给我详细说了份量，烩酥肉就是八大碗之一，酥肉其实就是牛肉丸子，然后切成块，我估计比狮子头要大，罪过罪过他们家可是清真店，酥肉的汤非常浓，入味的要命。穆斯林炒肉就是孜然炒肉，但是是把红辣椒和洋葱切成丁和牛肉片炒在一起，本人觉得略清淡，孜然味不够。香菇油菜也不错，荤素搭配才是硬道理。需要强调的是，我们三个菜四个人，每人在西安一份小炒两碗汤的量，菜基本吃完。服务超级热情，她们家宴席比较多，所以都是8人桌，见到我们四个人就剩最后一个8人桌给了我们，态度非常好。

这家店蛮有年头，在柳湖公园对面。里边装修豪华，可以刷卡。菜品非常有新意。它们既有各式各样的牛羊肉冷热菜，又有海鲜和素食。虽然价格不低，但是非常爽口，以及不腻人。晚上这里人气十足。还有服务员待客友好。
